When will I receive my order?

What is your return policy?
Return any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment. Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit. Please note, made to order items cannot be canceled, exchanged or returned.
Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as we get it, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
Why is my order shipping in multiple packages?
To get your items to you ASAP, we sometimes need to ship different items from different locations.

Why is my item on backorder?
Occasionally, an item for sale on ooonimals.com has not yet been received at our distribution center or is so popular that we have trouble keeping it in stock. You may order a backordered item to reserve your item, but it will not be shipped to you until it is in stock. The expected ship date will be listed when you add an item to your Shopping Cart.
